ABOUT

Mary Waltie was born in Portland, Oregon. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from University of Oregon and Masters Degree (Graduate Honours Diploma) in the „Histories and Theories of Architecture" from the Architectural Association in London. She has practiced as a registered architect since 1985 in the USA and Germany, where she has lived for over 20 years. Other cities in which she has taught, studied and worked include Boston, Berlin, and Jerusalem.

Her most recent activities include developing E-learning courses in architectural theory and collaborating on teaching projects with colleagues, students and other like-minded professionals. She also writes about language learning and architecture.
